Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Ensuring that the appropriate level of training is delivered to your staff is critical to their development and productivity.

Deverill offers a Training Needs Analysis service designed to assess individuals within your organisation, enabling you to put together an effective training plan to drive measurable results.

Our Training Needs Analysis programme is exceptionally flexible. It can be used to assess a variety of training needs ranging from induction programmes to competencies in specific applications.

Deverill can also customise and develop the TNA software to focus on even more specific business needs. We can work with you to determine the assessment structure itself and even integrate your corporate identity into the software.

Bespoke Training
Often, businesses operate or introduce software that is either highly specialised or unique to that organisation.
