Deverill Learning Credits are a cost-effective solution for training multiple individuals within a team or across the organisation.
If you have budget to spend within a specified timeframe or are unsure of your training plans for the year, transfer those funds into a Deverill Learning Credits account to use as and when you need them.
A Learning Credit is valid for one Technical Training day or two Application Training days.

Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
Providing relevant training to meet the needs of your organisation is the most effective process when training. Deverill have a Training Needs Analysis programme designed to achieve this. Employees need to have a clear understanding of their capabilities and deficiencies in order to progress. Our programme will assess individuals within your organisation and enable you to put together an effective training plan and ensure measurable results.
Our Training Needs Analysis programme is fully customisable and can be used to assess application training needs, or to assist in an induction training programme for example.
Deverill can customise and develop the software focussing on your business needs. We will work with you to determine the structure using your image and logo. Reports will be provided identifying the skill gaps between current knowledge and required knowledge, enabling you to achieve your objectives with maximum return on investment.

Bespoke Training
Where training is required on bespoke business applications, or a newly launched service such as an e-procurement system, Deverill have the experience to familiarise themselves with the system, understand how it will be used by the customer, design and create training material to suit, and deliver the training required. Often such programmes involve working with the customer's software supplier or developers and planning delivery to different levels of users, from those who may only need a basic understanding of the system through to expert users.
Desktop Migration
During our years of experience in IT training, Deverill have successfully helped organisations upgrade their workforce's skills to make best use of new software, upgrades in infrastructure and versions of existing applications.
