Training Needs Analysis (TNA)

Providing relevant training to meet the needs of your organisation is the most effective process when training. Deverill have a Training Needs Analysis programme designed to achieve this. Employees need to have a clear understanding of their capabilities and deficiencies in order to progress. Bespoke Training

Where training is required on bespoke business applications, or a newly launched service such as an e-procurement system, Deverill have the experience to familiarise themselves with the system, understand how it will be used by the customer, design and create training material to suit, and deliver the training required. Often such programmes involve working with the customer's software supplier or developers and planning delivery to different levels of users, from those who may only need a basic understanding of the system through to expert users.

Desktop Migration
