What is the Software Assurance Training Voucher (SATV)Program?

As part of the Software Assurance (SA) Program,* businesses that purchase volume licensing with Software Assurance benefits, are eligible to receive training vouchers they can then use to access Microsoft instructor-led courses and support material at no additional cost. The training vouchers are electronic and take the form of “credits” with each training credit being worth the equivalent of one day of training. Businesses can redeem their Software Assurance Training Vouchers for select courses from Deverill Ltd.

How does it work?

Training vouchers entitle individuals to receive courses for a specific number of training days which can be applied to select Official Microsoft Learning Product courses available. The number of days awarded varies by product and by the number of your qualifying licences. Your software Assurance Benefits Administrator assigns training vouchers to designated individuals on the Microsoft Volume Licence Services (MVLS) Web site.

What do I do next?Call today or your voucher entitlement could expire! Training vouchers are by far the most used software Assurance benefit, however access to your Training Voucher benefit expires with your software coverage. Once a Microsoft SA customer renews their contract, any unused training days are lost. If you reserve your Training Voucher with Deverill Ltd before the expiration of your Software Assurance coverage, it will be valid for 180 days after the date it was created.
