Meeting Room Hire

Based at our easily accessible Head Office at Phoenix House in Poole, Deverill Training rooms/Meeting rooms are offered at highly competitive rates. All our room hires come with free use of high speed internet access, fax and photocopying services, and of course refreshments. Rooms can accommodate up to 12 people and offer a quiet, bright and comfortable environment for your training or company meeting. With state-of-the-art technology, you will find all the necessary equipment as required, including computers with internet access for every delegate and interactive white boards. A fresh buffet lunch is available at an additional cost. Our centre has plenty of free onsite parking.

This is an ideal solution for your training or meeting room needs. Our friendly staff will be delighted to help and advise with the planning and implementation of your programme, and are also on site at all times to provide support and assist with any administration or technical issues.

IT Suites

Our IT training room hire allows you to upload any necessary software for the purposes of your training. The minimum specification of our computers is:

• Microsoft Office 2003 Professional and Office 2007 Professional
• 15" flat panel monitors
• Intel Pentium 4 1.7GHz, 512MB RAM, CD-ROM, USB connectivity
• Up to date virus protection
• 100Mbps Network access to shared file storage
• Up to 10Mbps unrestricted internet access
