Built-in PC

All Samsung LFDs are built with a Dual Core CPU processor, giving you the option of installing a PC without having to worry about reconfiguring your set up or network. In addition, our network product produces a mere 70W which is much less than displays that don’t have a built-in PC option.

RS232 Control (MDC)

For displays that do not support networking capabilities, they can be controlled remotely through the RS232 Control (MDC) protocol. By using this protocol, you can almost every feature. From basic functionality like turning the display on and off, to something more complex like input transferring. And for even more convenience, the MDC protocol supports the loop out function.

Video Wall

Samsung’s entire line of LFDs enables you to create eye-catching, 5x5 video walls. As an added convenience, the LFDs allow you to organize almost every input code into the video wall.

Built-in Intelligence

In almost every model, Samsung LFDs have an automatic self-diagnostic capability to check features and components like the lamp or the fan. A brightness sensor adjusts the lighting by measuring the surrounding conditions, making it extremely efficient. Another built-in sensor will let you know if the temperature is getting too cold or hot. The LFDs are also equipped with a wide range of other convenient features, enabling you to do things such as check the display’s serial number by using the onscreen display (OSD).

MagicInfo

With the Samsung MagicINFO system, the software has been incorporated into specifically designed LCD and plasma screens.

Using the MagicINFO software you can schedule and transmit your display to several screens using just one PC on the network - No need for a dedicated PC for each individual display.

Each screen connects directly in to the network without the need for a dedicated PC or complicated cabling. The only additional cost to expand the system is the actual screen itself.
