Microsoft Offife 2010 Technology Guarantee
The Microsoft Office 2010 Technology Guarantee (“Tech Guarantee”) is a program designed to ensure that customers who purchase Office 2007 during the period before Office 2010 is available can receive an upgrade to Office 2010. Customers who purchase and activate a qualifying Office 2007 product (with or without a new PC) from now until September 30th, 2010 may be eligible to upgrade their qualifying Office 2007 product to a corresponding Office 2010 product when it is available.

Office 2007 Qualifying Products and Upgrade Paths
The following products, when purchased, installed and activated within the program eligibility dates, will qualify for a Tech Guarantee upgrade. Where relevant, the Full, Upgrade, Military Appreciation, MLK and Academic versions of the Office 2007 products are all eligible.
