Organisations that purchase volume licensing with Software Assurance (SA) benefits, are eligible to receive training vouchers they can then use to access Microsoft instructor-led courses and support material at no additional cost. However, many companies are unaware of this benefit and do not claim their training before it expires.

The Software Assurance Training Vouchers (SATV) vouchers entitle individuals to receive courses for a specific number of training days which can be applied to select Official Microsoft Learning Product courses available.
