IT, training and consultancy company, Deverill, has been ranked the number one Microsoft Certified Training Provider (CPLS) in the UK by delegates for the period September 1, 2009 to January 31, 2010. Deverill has been ranked number one out of 29 UK Microsoft training providers.

Any delegate attending official Microsoft training in the UK is required to complete an online course evaluation, ‘Metrics that Matter, which feeds results back to both Microsoft and the training provider. The feedback is actively used by Microsoft to monitor the quality of its courses, training material and the training delivered by its partners. Underperforming partners are un-accredited.

Deverill’s results showed that an impressive 86 per cent of delegates reported that they were ‘Very Satisfied’ with the training they received. Deverill scored an overall 8.1 out of 9 on the Microsoft net satisfaction scale.

Deverill scored particularly high in the areas relating to:

·        Instructor’s knowledge, presentation skills, response to questions and real world experience

·        Quality of the environment and the performance of technology
