Squire Technologies extends IT services package with Deverill
In light of reports that the 40% of large businesses have cut their IT budgets in response to the poor economy, integrated IT solutions provider, Deverill is seeing a healthy growth in business from its SMB customers. In recent months Squire Technologies selected Deverill to protect and manage its email system and provide them with software support. Deverill has implemented i-archive, i-protect and business continuity services along with the provision of its silver level software support.
Deverill has worked closely with Squire Technologies since April 2005 providing SMARTnet support, a maintenance contract for specific Cisco equipment. The additional services will provide Squire Technologies with maximum virus and spam protection, business continuity and archiving facilities, which securely captures, stores and indexes all inbound and outbound email traffic in real time. The silver software support includes hotline telephone support, initial telephone response and resolution attempt within two hours, remote investigation and resolution attempt within two hours, and an eight hour onsite response, if required, after remote resolution attempt.
