New Range of Soft Skills Training Courses

With over a third of UK employers failing to offer their staff any training at work, it is becoming evident that the UK has a long way to go before it has a highly skilled workforce. To address this issue, Deverill is launching an enhanced range of soft skills training courses which are designed to make businesses more profitable and better places to work.

The additional soft skills training courses add to Deverill’s extensive portfolio of services. The training is designed for all types of businesses, from SME’s to larger businesses, and can be customised to suit individual requirements.

Courses on offer include leadership skills, motivation techniques, team building, sales skills and interviewing techniques. Training takes place at one of Deverill’s training centres or in-house training can be provided.

To ensure maximum benefit, Deverill will look at a company’s requirements and culture before suggesting a course. After delivery, Deverill will provide support to ensure the skills are put into practice. Follow up sessions and consultancy will also be on offer.
