3rd LINE SENIOR SUPPORT DESK ENGINEER

SALARY: Dependent on experience

LOCATION: Poole Dorset

 
We are seeking a talented, dedicated and exceptional Support Analyst to join our growing team based in Poole. This is a senior role within our support/helpdesk and requires that the successful candidate be conversant with technologies such as VMware, Cisco, Citrix, Exchange, Active Directory and Networking to name a few.
Able to take control of demanding and complex issues and be able to bring them to a working resolution under pressure, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to play a major role within our growing operation. The role will require some flexibility around working hours. Whilst the majority of working shifts will be around standard business hours there will be a requirement for alternative shifts and on-call rota's to be covered by this role.
Our growth plans demand that the successful candidate hit the ground running and must therefore have experience of working in depth with these (and other) technologies. Just as important to us is the ability to be able to grow the relationship with our clients by delivering the very best in way of customer service and attention to detail.

TECHNICAL INFRASTRUCTURE CONSULTANT

SALARY: Negotiable

LOCATION: Poole, Dorset

We are seeking a qualified, skilled and flexible consultant to join a growing team based in the south of England. You will be exceptionally customer focused and passionate about growing the relationship between clients and our company. The successful candidate will have a mix of skillsets surrounding the latest versions of technologies such as Windows 2008 R2, VMware, Hyper-V, RDS, Citrix, SCCM, Exchange and Cisco technologies etc.

As an HP Gold Partner, having experience in delivering solutions utilising an in depth understanding of HP Storage and Networking would be advantageous as would exposure to Juniper and NetApp for supporting existing infrastructures.

Our growth plans demand that the successful candidate hit the ground running. Our emphasis in this case is to find an individual that can not only architect stunning technical solutions but can also convey this with a passion to prospective clients (in plain English) within pre-sales meetings and build trust between us and the client.
