Our policies and procedures are designed to induce all employees to have regard for the environment and their actions upon it. In this regard we strive to follow the best environmental advice, working with our suppliers and customers to consider all environmental issues. Deverill is fully committed to ensuring that environmental matters are fully evaluated within the course of our business and monitor the progress and review our environmental performance on an annual basis.

Transport and Travel
Minimising Waste
- Recycling packaging material, Toner, Fax, Print cartridges etc
- Efficient use of water and energy specifically Power Management
- Office waste paper collection and recycling
- Review of business consumables procurement including paper for environmental impact
- Recycling/remarketing of redundant PC’s
- Waste cardboard, pallets and other packaging recycling programmes
Product and Service Selection and Promotion
- Supported and recommended hardware is selected taking into account the impact on the environment of manufacture, ongoing running and disposal
- Vendors and suppliers are encouraged to continually improve the environmental impact of their business activities
- Customers are encouraged to understand the impact of IT solutions on the environment and to select and use IT products and services in an environmentally-sensitive way
Deverill has introduced environmental services for their customers where-by following best practice in the information technology environment, further significant business and environmental gains can be made.
