From your very first days at Deverill you will personally experience Deverill's commitment to its staff. At the earliest opportunity you will be enrolled onto an induction course that will help you quickly learn about Deverill's core business, products and services and partners. Without exception all new employees will take part in an induction course.

In addition, you can expect to be trained in the skills that you will require to perform your specific role. Training is delivered in both formal classroom settings and informally on-the-job.

Once an established employee, you are assured that your ongoing training and development needs will be met. Through annual performance appraisals and general meetings you, together with your manager, will establish your work and personal training and development objectives. Ongoing assessment will mean that you have the opportunity to evaluate your development at all stages.

What sort of salary package can I expect if I join Deverill?

As you would expect, Deverill offer highly competitive salaries for our geographical area and a generous benefits package:

Pension:

All Deverill employees take part in a non-contributory group personal pension scheme. As a new employee, you will automatically be included in the scheme within three months of your joining the company.

If you want to enhance your final pension, that's no problem. We can arrange the agreed level of additional contribution to be made directly from your net salary.

Death In Service Benefit:

In the hopefully unlikely event of your death at work, the Death in Service Benefit that Deverill will pay is a generous multiplier of your annual gross salary to the nominees of your choice.

 

Permanent Health Insurance:

In the unlikely event that you should be unable to work due to serious illness or injury, the Permanent Health Insurance Benefit will pay an agreed % of your normal salary until you return to work. This commences after 26 weeks of illness.
